Responsibilities
- Recruiting process: independently manage from needs analysis to contract creation
- Hiring Manager: advise and support throughout the entire selection procedure
- Job advertisements: create and optimize in close coordination with specialist departments
- Recruiting channels: strategically select and place advertisements on relevant platforms
- Application management: including screening, pre-selection, and creation of the shortlist
- Active Sourcing: conduct via professional networks such as LinkedIn and XING
- Interviews: conduct telephone, video, and personal interviews for candidate selection
- Talent pool: build, maintain, and utilize for future staffing needs
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in Psychology, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or a comparable subject
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in Human Resources
- Relevant experience in recruiting and active sourcing, ideally in a fast-paced environment (e.g., IT, Engineering)
- Experience in handling HR tools (e.g., Workday) and affinity for active sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Professional communication skills, structured and independent working style, and high service orientation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
