The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 57,075 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 30.09.2027. Responsibilities
- Recruitment Process: Manage the entire process from sourcing to hiring independently and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Consulting: Advise specialist departments on job profiles, market trends, and recruitment practices
- Sourcing Strategies: Define strategies and identify top candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Employer Branding: Strengthen the employer brand through attractive job adverts, presence at career fairs, and in professional communities
- Candidate Management: Conduct screening, interviews, and feedback discussions
- Project Work: Optimize recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience
- Workshops: Organize training sessions on inclusive hiring practices for hiring teams
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a comparable subject (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in talent acquisition or HR
- Experience in project management
- Proficient use of MS Office; knowledge of Workday or Google Suite is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
- CV in English required
- Independent working style, proactivity, and teamwork skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
