At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will be the administrative core of the Cabin & Cargo Engineering department as a Team Assistant & Coordinator. You will support two managers and coordinate daily operations in an international, highly dynamic environment – from travel planning to workshop organization.

Responsibilities
- Agenda management for two managers and travel logistics for international business trips including bookings and expense claims
- Workshop organization: Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on large team events and workshops
- Manage department logistics independently, including IT requests and administration of internal Airbus software
- Interface management as the primary contact for other Airbus sites and assistants
- Drive Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) topics as the responsible person in the department
- Lead special assignments and minor projects on behalf of management independently
- Proactive support of managers and fostering of team cohesion
Qualifications
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an Office Management Clerk, Human Resources Clerk, or in a comparable field
- Many years of professional experience in secretarial work or assistance, ideally with Airbus experience
- Several years of experience in project management
- Proficient handling of SAP (detailed functions), Click'n Buy (BySide), and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French skills are an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and teamwork in a multicultural environment
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
