Tasks

  • Organisation and booking of business trips for approximately 60 team members, including travel expense accounting
  • Central point of contact for internal team communication and coordination
  • Structuring of daily project operations by preparing presentations, lists and overviews
  • Procurement of IT hardware, office supplies and services, including entry of goods via digital tools
  • Preparation and organisation of meetings
  • Maintenance and evaluation of documents as well as ensuring smooth information flow within the team

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed vocational training as an office management clerk, industrial clerk or a comparable commercial qualification
  • Long-standing experience in secretarial or assistant roles, ideally with a focus on order management
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Initial application experience with Click’n Buy (BySide); ideally also familiarity with travel booking tools
  • Business fluent German skills (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2)
  • Structured, organised and solution-oriented working style with strong stress resilience
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
