For onboard systems to function reliably, you need people with a technical flair for details and interfaces. We are looking for you as a Technical Customer Service Representative for our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Buxtehude. In a specialized environment combining maintenance, cabin electronics, and customer support, you will play a central role in ensuring system availability during ongoing flight operations. Apply now! Tasks

  • Responding to and processing technical customer inquiries about systems such as internet connection (WiFi), video surveillance, or on-board power supply
  • Analyzing repair and reliability data to derive technical improvement measures
  • Acting as an interface between customers, engineering teams, and repair shops
  • Initiating and tracking corrective measures to ensure quality standards
  • Supporting system optimization during the operational phase (“in-service”)
  • Using the “Tech-Request” tool for structured error documentation

Qualifications

  • Completed training as a state-certified technician or specialist in electrical engineering or a technical degree
  • Several years of professional experience in the fields of electrical engineering, engineering, maintenance, and customer service
  • In-depth knowledge of cabin-related communication technologies (e.g., WiFi, video surveillance, in-seat power)
  • Confident use of Google Workspace and the Tech-Request tool
  • Business fluent English (at least C1), good German (at least B2); French an advantage
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills for working with contacts at different levels
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
