For our client, Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, we are looking for a Change Manager / Digital Transformation who can manage a large-scale program to replace legacy systems with a uniform digital ecosystem – with a change plan, data insight, and strong communication skills. Tasks

  • Responsibility for the change management plan, definition of the “case for change,” and ensuring business readiness in complex supply chain environments
  • Management of an AI-driven transformation: use of data analysis to forecast implementation risks, analysis of business impacts, and automation of reports
  • Coordinating change requests in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and agile sprint cycles, including coordination with deployment schedules
  • Interface management between local operational areas and the central ARP change team to ensure organizational acceptance
  • Establishing and maintaining a resilient stakeholder network to stabilize communication, alignment, and implementation
  • Interpreting and deriving measures from quality and performance indicators to manage the change pipeline
  • Preparing and presenting work results and project statuses in a manner appropriate for the target audience

Qualifications

  • Degree in mathematics, project management, engineering, a technical field, business informatics, or supply chain/logistics
  • Extensive professional experience in change management, project management, and public relations/communications management
  • Initial experience in supply chain/logistics
  • Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace; initial experience with AI applications
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
