Tasks
- Responsibility for the change management plan, definition of the “case for change,” and ensuring business readiness in complex supply chain environments
- Management of an AI-driven transformation: use of data analysis to forecast implementation risks, analysis of business impacts, and automation of reports
- Coordinating change requests in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and agile sprint cycles, including coordination with deployment schedules
- Interface management between local operational areas and the central ARP change team to ensure organizational acceptance
- Establishing and maintaining a resilient stakeholder network to stabilize communication, alignment, and implementation
- Interpreting and deriving measures from quality and performance indicators to manage the change pipeline
- Preparing and presenting work results and project statuses in a manner appropriate for the target audience
Qualifications
- Degree in mathematics, project management, engineering, a technical field, business informatics, or supply chain/logistics
- Extensive professional experience in change management, project management, and public relations/communications management
- Initial experience in supply chain/logistics
- Proficiency in SAP and Google Workspace; initial experience with AI applications
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
