We are seeking you as a Recruiting Consultant for Lufthansa Technik AG at the Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel location, with a focus on academic target groups. You will advise executives on an equal footing, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and successfully bring hires to fruition – including interview quality in accordance with DIN 33430 and robust KPIs. Responsibilities


  • Advising executives on hiring strategies, candidate profiles, sourcing channels, time-to-fill, and success rates based on benchmarks and labor market analyses
  • Managing internal and external end-to-end recruiting processes for defined target groups, including process compliance and service level agreements
  • Ensuring operational recruitment, including providing technical guidance to tandem partners in the recruiting back office
  • Conducting interviews for selected job categories
  • Conducting contract negotiations on behalf of the employer and developing market-competitive offers
  • Constructive collaboration with employee representatives on co-determination-related issues surrounding job placements
  • Active interface management: KPI analysis, process optimization, quality assurance, and coordination with HR Controlling/IT and group-wide partners
  • Taking on special tasks as well as participating in or leading projects


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably with a focus on human resources
  • Several years of professional experience with a focus on personnel selection and recruiting
  • Very good knowledge of recruitment, including active sourcing
  • In-depth knowledge of the German training and employment market, as well as an understanding of recruiting market trends
  • Relevant knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and social security law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Business-fluent German (min. C1); advanced English (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
