Responsibilities
- Configuration Management: Contribute to the creation of the design product structure in SAP/R3 for change requests, bills of materials, and drawings
- System Testing: Support the creation of specifications and execution of User Acceptance Tests in SAP/R3
- Data Management: Ensure regular data exchange with the development partner KHI
- Technical Interface: Support the team towards design departments and Chief Engineering regarding product structure questions
- System Setup: Support the setup of the design product structure in ENOVIA VPM for new programs
- Knowledge Transfer: Support the execution of internal training (e.g., SAP/R3) for all configuration management stakeholders
- Process Optimization: Contribute to process improvements and support process documentation
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in a technical or commercial field
- Many years of professional experience in configuration management, technical product data management, design, or production planning
- Several years of experience in configuration management and aerospace
- Strong knowledge of SAP/R3 (Materials Management module) and ENOVIA VPM (Dassault)
- Good knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (Windchill) and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Initial experience in Systems Engineering / Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) desirable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
