Tasks

Managing administrative processes within the secretarial area, including procurement of office supplies, IT equipment and furniture

Scheduling and tracking appointments in accordance with internal guidelines

Organizing and processing business travel and travel expense reports in line with company policies

Welcoming and attending to guests, answering and forwarding incoming calls

Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail

Compiling documents in coordination with the team

Providing coverage for colleagues during their absence

Supporting minor improvement projects based on clearly defined instructions

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training (e.g. as office management clerk) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of assistance / secretarial work
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Very good knowledge of German (at least C1) and good knowledge of English (at least B2)
  • Independent and structured way of working, strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
