We are looking for you as a Human Resources Officer for our client Airbus Operations GmbH at their Hamburg Finkenwerder site. In this key role, you will support central HR processes in a highly dynamic environment with a direct link to quality, procurement, and technology. You will work side by side with experienced HR business partners and help to ensure smooth processes in an internationally networked company. Use your experience and shape HR work with substance and impact!

Tasks

  • Supporting administrative HR processes in Workday, including transfers, hiring, reference changes, and salary adjustments
  • Supporting HR business partners in the areas of quality, purchasing, production engineering, logistics, and training
  • Preparation of ad hoc reports and coordination of central queries
  • Processing of overtime and on-call data in coordination with payroll accounting and time administrators
  • Participation in recruiting and supporting young talent
  • Independent collaboration in cross-departmental HR projects

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, human resources specialist, office communications clerk, information technology or healthcare specialist
  • Many years of professional experience in human resources, ideally in an HR business partner environment
  • Knowledge of HR processes in a large company; experience at Airbus is an advantage
  • Confident use of Google Workspace, basic knowledge of Workday, knowledge of SAP HR desirable
  • Business fluent German (at least C1), good English skills (at least B2)
  • Structured, independent, and responsible way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
