Responsibilities


  • Performance Management: Collect, consolidate, and transparently present key performance indicators to measure and steer business performance
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvement projects to achieve performance targets and continuously enhance working methods
  • Resource Planning: Detailed short- and medium-term personnel capacity planning, including calculation of headcount requirements down to foreman level
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Independent, detailed analysis of performance indicators and proactive presentation of results to management
  • Process Implementation: Introduction and establishment of a new, integrated performance management process
  • Management Support: Preparation of all necessary information and presentations to enable informed decision-making
  • Initiative: Initiation and execution of improvement initiatives to increase efficiency


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, finance, IT/information systems, production planning and control, and process improvement
  • Initial experience in consulting is an advantage
  • Proficient handling of IT tools: Python (detailed functions), SQL (in-depth application knowledge), and Google Workspace
  • Good knowledge of project management
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork, and an independent, structured way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
