Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Timely tracking and coordination of repair orders for the H135 and H145 programs according to customer requirements
- Turn-Around-Time Management: Monitoring and coordination of TAT3, TAT4, and TAT5 processes, including on-time quotation and on-time delivery
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining and managing end-to-end relationships with internal customers and proactive communication of order status
- Capacity Management: Ensuring the performance of the repair operation by controlling the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and prioritizing customer requirements
- Inventory and Configuration Management: Monitoring and controlling inventory levels and updating purchase orders (POs)
- Escalation Management: Coordinating escalations, leading steering committees, and ensuring commitments to customers are met
- KPI Reporting: Monitoring and reporting customer KPIs (key performance indicators) for performance measurement
- Interface Coordination: Acting as the central point of contact for Front Office, global workshops, PSO, and logistics
Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Operations Management, Logistics, Business, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in customer order processing, ideally in the aerospace industry or the automotive sector
- Solid experience in the areas of procurement, project management, and contract management
- Proficient use of SAP (knowledge of detailed functions) and Google Suite
- Advanced German language skills (at least B2) and business fluent English (at least C1); French language skills are an advantage
- Thorough understanding of operational MRO business; knowledge in the maintenance and repair of dynamic components is a plus
- Strong customer orientation, teamwork skills, and analytical thinking
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
