At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will work as a Repair & Customer Service Manager to manage the entire process for repair, lease, and exchange services of Airbus proprietary parts. You are the central interface between international customers, repair stations, and internal specialist departments, ensuring the timely and high-quality fulfillment of customer orders.

Responsibilities
- Customer Interface: Central point of contact for worldwide customers and repair stations for repair, lease, and exchange services
- Order Management: Management and monitoring of customer orders and the contractual performance fulfillment by suppliers and repair stations
- Process Coordination: Analysis of customer problems and coordination of solutions with internal and external interfaces along the entire supply chain
- Communication Management: Daily coordination with repair stations to ensure time, cost, and quality targets
- Customer Information: Comprehensive and timely information for customers regarding the status of component repairs and alternative service solutions
- Process Optimization: Leading and supporting projects to improve processes and future ways of working
- Reporting: Preparation of performance reports on key figures such as Shop Processing Time (SPT) and Turn-Around-Time (TAT)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in a technical field, industrial engineering, business administration, or economics (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of disposition/material procurement, customer service, supplier management, and process improvement
- Initial experience in project management
- Proficient handling of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and SAP
- Business fluent English (at least C1); knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is an advantage
- High customer orientation, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility
- Teamwork skills, organizational talent, and intercultural understanding
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
