Responsibilities
- Onboarding as the first point of contact for new team members, ensuring smooth integration
- Workpackage coordination to ensure timely completion of specific work packages
- Action tracking by maintaining action lists and proactively driving the completion of outstanding tasks
- Room planning and implementation using internal company tools
- Travel management for end-to-end planning, booking, and expense accounting of business trips
- Resource management for time recording and processing overtime applications
- Workshop planning with full logistics responsibility from location scouting to catering and equipment
- KPI reporting through monthly evaluation and distribution of key performance indicators
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, e.g., as an Office Management Clerk, or a completed Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies, Business Administration, or Economics
- Many years of experience in assistant or secretarial functions
- Initial experience in communication management or public relations is an advantage
- Proficient use of SAP/R3 and Click´n Buy (BySide); knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays
- Strong communication skills, structured way of working, and high level of personal responsibility
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
